I was excited to see Microsoft announce that beta 2 of WPF 4, which provides a multi-touch eventing system and widgets, is now available. Sadly, as it turns out, this beta is actually a beta - its not even close to being ready for prime time.According to a blog post by Szymon Kobalczyk there are are a lot issues related to processing touch events and traditional WPF controls. Personally, I'm not all that excited about using a buggy beta so I'll hold off until beta 3 is released.
